Mentimeter was founded in 2014, and has steadily been growing ever since. Providing an audience engagement platform loved by their tens of millions of users, Mentimeter is a product and culture-obsessed company, striving to be the best in class when it comes to both their company culture and their product experience. Mentimeter was elected the SaaS company of the year in 2021.
At the beginning of 2021, Mentimeter moved into their new 2400 sqm office in Stockholm that 200+ employees now work. I was contacted to support with processes, system design, and technical equipment to facilitate their office operations.
My role has been to source, evaluate, develop and implement technical solutions (hardware), systems, and platforms (software) and processes for how to run efficient internal tech and IT operations.
My work has included (but not been limited to) advising on, evaluating, and implementing:
- Wireless networks
- A/V equipment
- Meeting room equipment
- Internal support systems
- Automating workflows
- Digital signage solutions
